Our personalized estimate will ALWAYS include any applicable discounts. Billing time commences once we enter your home. Typically team sizes are 1, 2 or 3 people (depending on the size and rooms). Bee-Dazzled Cleaning Service reserves the exclusive right to select the team size based on the schedule and staffing requirements for the day in question.

MOST estimates are sight unseen. The more accurately you can describe the size and condition of your home, the more accurately we will be able to estimate the cost (keep in mind this is only an estimate, upon arrival we’ll be able to give actual cost). Please note homes in poor condition will take longer and possibly cost more. We will bill you for the actual time cleaned in 15 minute increments.

Bee-Dazzled Cleaning Service has a fee of $77 for a cancellation within one full business day of a scheduled appointment for any reason.

Bee-Dazzled Cleaning Service has a $77 minimum charge per hour, all services listed are based on hourly rate. If a flat rate is negotiated some services listed on cleaning list may not be included. The team size DOES NOT affect the overall cost as Bee-Dazzled prorates the billing time in quarter hour increments and obviously a large team works faster.
If you decide to commit to a regular weekly, bi-weekly or monthly schedule Bee-Dazzled will always try to send out the same team each trip, however due to maid’s scheduled vacations, vehicle issues or illness we reserve the exclusive right to switch teams, we will do our best to notify you of the change but may not always be able to notify you of the change.
Please note any surfaces such as floors or cabinets that require nonstandard cleaning materials. The customer will need to provide aforementioned nonstandard cleaning materials in order for maids to clean the surfaces in question.

Bee-Dazzled Cleaning Service can provide laundry services, however we accept NO responsibility for items damaged during this process. Bee-Dazzled would highly recommend that the customer remove all dry cleaning items from anything you would like laundered by our Maids prior to our arrival.

Bee-Dazzled asks that you clear all counter tops that you would like cleaned and pull out furniture from any hard to reach areas that you would like cleaned behind or vacuumed.

At Bee-Dazzled Cleaning our Service is guaranteed, we just ask that you let us know within 24 hours from the completion of the cleaning project. If we have missed an area, damaged or broken an item, please call us within that timeframe and we would be more than happy to come out and re-clean the area in question, repair or replace the item at no additional charge. Bee-Dazzled Cleaning Service does not give monetary refunds, we would prefer to fix the issue in question, and use it as a training opportunity for the maids. Complaints filed after 24 hours of the completion of the project fall outside the warranty period and unfortunately cannot be covered. Bee- Dazzled Cleaning Service will not be held liable for repair or replacement of items broken or damaged due to pre-existing wear and tear, incorrect installation, assembly or usage.
By authorizing Bee-Dazzled Independent Certified Housekeepers to clean your home, you are agreeing in advance to our terms and conditions. Bee-Dazzled Cleaning services are provided on a one-time, weekly, bi-monthly and monthly basis. We offer a discount for customers who commit to a weekly service schedule. If you must cancel your scheduled service, we require notice at least one business day in advance.
